- MENURUT subseksyen 20(2) Akta Perniagaan Perkhidmatan Wang 2011 [Akta 731], Bank menyiarkan notis mengenai pindaan kepada Senarai Pemegang Lesen yang disiarkan dalam P.U. (B) 156/2023 pada 28 April 2023 yang dibuat mengikut susunan abjad dengan memasukkan, memotong dan menukar nama pemegang lesen dalam Senarai itu seperti yang berikut:

pemegang lesen yang dipotong daripada
Senarai itu setakat 31 Oktober 2023 adalah sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam
Jadual
Jadual Kedua; dan
(c)
pemegang lesen yang telah bertukar nama perniagaannya adalah sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual Ketiga.

AMENDMENT TO THE LIST OF LICENSEES
PURSUANT to subsection 20(2) of the Money Services Business Act 2011 [Act 731], the Bank publishes a notice of amendments to the List of Licensees published in P.U. (B) 156/2023 on 28 April 2023 made in alphabetical order by inserting, deleting and changing the name of the licensees in the List as follows:
(a)
additional licensee as at 31
October 2023
is as specified in the First Schedule;
(b)
licensees which are deleted from the List as at 31 October 2023
are as specified in the Second Schedule; and

(c)
licensees that have changed their business names are as specified in the Third Schedule.
