JADUAL

1. Gantikan perkataan-perkataan "ballot of the members of the Council, of whom not less than five shall record their votes. One black ball in five shall exclude" dalam undang-undang kecil 5, dengan perkataan-perkataan "show of hands and in accordance with by-law 33.".

2. Potong perkataan-perkataan "by registered post" dalam undang-undang kecil 6.

3. Gantikan perkataan-perkataan "$2,000" di mana-mana jua terdapat dalam perenggan (a) undang-undang kecil 10 dengan perkataan-perkataan "$3,000.".

MALAYSIAN CHAMBER OF MINES INCORPORATION ACT 1914

AMENDMENTS TO THE MALAYSIAN CHAMBER OF MINES BY-LAWS 1934

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Malaysian Chamber of Mines Incorporation Act 1914, I hereby certify that I have approved the amendments mentioned in the Schedule hereto to the Malaysian Chamber of Mines By-Laws 1934. Act 367. Act 367.

1. Substitute for the words "ballot of the members of the Council, of whom not less than five shall record their votes. One black ball in five shall exclude" in by-laws 5 the words "show of hands and in accordance with by-law 33.".

2. Delete the words "by registered post" in by-law 6.

3. Substitute for the words "$2,000" wherever it appears in paragraph (a) by-law 10 the words "$3,000.".
