Whereas by Notification No. 212 published in the Perak Government Gazette dated 29 February 1996, the State Authority in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], proclaimed that the parcel of land situated in the Mukim of Lekir, District of Manjung described in the Schedule and delineated upon Revenue Survey Plan No. 74161 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping, Perak to be a reserve for the purpose of a grazing ground to be maintained by the Director of Veterinary Services of Perak and controlled by the State Secretary of Perak;
And whereas it now appears expedient to the State Authority that the aforesaid reservation should be partially revoked as described in the Schedule:
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred upon the State Authority under subsection 64(1) of the National Land Code, the State Authority gives notice under subsection 64(2) of the Code of the proposal to partially revoke the reservation as described in the Schedule and those who wish to object to such revocation will be heard by the Director of Land and Mines, Perak in an inquiry to be held at the Meeting Room, District and Land Office of Seri Manjung on 14 July 2005, at 9.30 a.m.
Notification No. 470 published in the Perak Government Gazette on 12 May 2005 is hereby cancelled.
