The accounts of the Politeknik shall be audited annually by the Auditor General or any other auditor appointed by the
Board with the approval of the Minister of Finance.

The audited accounts, with any observations made thereon by the Auditor General or the auditor appointed under subsection
, shall be presented to the Board at its next meeting.
