Use of whistle, siren, etc. in port limits

Section 33
No steam whistle, siren, mechanical horn or other like instrument shall be used within port limits except –
(a)
as a signal of danger or emergency;
(b)
in conformity with the Collision Regulations at Sea 1972; or
(c)
as required in subregulation 18(2).
