Section 4
Every licence issued under these Regulations shall be –
(a)
in the form set out in the Second Schedule;
(b)
subject to the conditions set out in these Regulations and any conditions contained in the licence or endorsed thereon by the licensing authority;
(c)
valid for a period not exceeding twelve months from the date of issue; and
(d)
charged with the appropriate licence fee as specified in the First Schedule.
