Section 10

of Ports And Harbours Towage Regulations 2008

Section 10

Any person or corporation who contravenes any ot the provisions under these

Regulations commits an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand ringgit or for a term of imprisonment not exceeding two years or to both.
