Section 2

The following fees shall be paid by the owner thereof in respect of any cattle or animal impounded in any pound established under section 11 of the Ordinance and for the maintenance of such cattle or animal –

(a)

For every head of cattle

$5.00 per day or part thereof.

(b)

For every horse, pony, mule and ass

…

$5.00 per day or part thereof.

(c)

For every goat, sheep and pig

…

$3.00 per day or part thereof.
