Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 9 of the Delegation of Powers Enactment, 1963, the Yang di-Pertua Negara has designated the officer for the time being performing the duties of the Clerk to the Cabinet to signify under his hand the exercise by the Yang di-Pertua Negara of any of the powers mentioned in the said section.
