s 12Amendment of section 19a

Section 19a of the principal Act is amended—

(a)

in subsection (1), by deleting the words “, after considering the report of the Inquiry Officer submitted under section 10 and the outcome of any review under section 11,”; and

(b)

by deleting subsection (2).
