Revocation of licences

Section 27
(1)

The Price Controller may at any time and without assigning any reason therefor revoke or vary any licence or permission which he may have granted under this Act.

(2)

Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Price Controller under subsection (1) may appeal to the Minister whose decision shall be final and shall not be called in question in any court.
