Section 31
(1)
Before revoking an approval, a licence or an interim licence, the Director General shall issue a show cause notice of his intention to do so and require the holder of the approval, licensee or interim licensee to make a representation within twenty-one days, or any extended period as the Director General may allow, from the date the notice is received as to why the approval, licence or interim licence should not be revoked.
(2)
Subsection (1) shall not apply where the grounds for revocation relates to paragraph 30(b), (f) or (g).
