Section 17
The principal Act is amended—
(a)
in subsection (1)—
(i)
by inserting after the words “any service rendered a fee” the words “on the job seeker and non-citizen employee”; and
(ii)
by substituting for the words “prescribed in the
Schedule” the words “as specified in the First
Schedule”; and
(b)
by deleting subsection (2).
New sections 14a, 14b, 14c, 14d, 14e and 14f
