s 15Amendment of section 40

Section 40 of the principal Act is amended by inserting after subsection (1e), the following subsections:

“(1f) The Registrar General may add, vary, cancel or alter any of the conditions referred to in subsection (1) as he deems fit;

(1g)

The private higher educational institutions may apply to the Registrar General for variation or alteration any of the conditions mentioned in subsection (1); and

(1h)

The application referred to in subsection (1g) may be made on the prescribed form and in the prescribed manner.”.
