  1. BAHAWASANYA seksyen 3 Akta Latihan Khidmat Negara 2003 [Akta 628], memperuntukkan bahawa BETA boleh dari semasa ke semasa, melalui proklamasi, mengarahkan bahawa, melainkan jika Akta itu memperuntukkan selainnya, tiap-tiap orang yang—

(a)

pada tarikh proklamasi ini, telah mencapai umur yang ditentukan dalam proklamasi ini, yang tidak kurang daripada enam belas tahun, tetapi belum mencapai umur yang ditentukan dalam proklamasi ini, yang tidak lebih daripada tiga puluh lima tahun; dan

BY HIS MAJESTY THE YANG DI-PERTUAN AGONG,

BY THE GRACE OF ALLAH,

SUPREME HEAD OF THE STATES AND TERRITORIES OF MALAYSIA

  1. WHEREAS section 3 of the National Service Training Act 2003 [Act 628], provides that WE may from time to time, by proclamation, direct that, unless the Act provides otherwise, every person who—

(a)

on the date of this proclamation, has attained such age as may be specified in this proclamation, not being less than sixteen years, but has not attained such age as may be specified in this proclamation, not being more than thirty-five years; and

is a citizen or a permanent resident of Malaysia, shall be liable to undergo national service training under the Act.

NOW THEREFORE, WE, SULTAN IBRAHIM, by the Grace of Allah, the
