Preamble
- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 9, Akta Hari Kelepasan 1951, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah menetapkan tarikh 26 April 2002 sebagai Hari Kelepasan Am bagi Negeri Perlis sebagai tambahan kepada hari-hari yang dinyatakan di dalam Pemberitahuan No. 18 yang disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perlis bertarikh 30 Ogos 2001.

- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Holidays Act 1951, the State Authority has appointed 26th April 2002 to be observed as public holiday in the State of Perlis in addition to the days mentioned in Notification No. 18 published in the Perlis Government Gazette dated 30th August 2001.
