Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 19 (2) Akta Saraan Hakim, 1971, Yang Dipertuan Agung dengan ini membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut:
Seksyen 2
Jadual Kedua kepada Akta Saraan Hakim, 1971 adalah dengan ini dipinda dengan menggantikan "$14,000" yang terdapat dalam perenggan 3 (ii) dengan "$17,000".
Bertarikh pada 7 haribulan Disember, 1972. [PM. Sulit 10232 Jld. II; PN. $ \left( \mathrm{U}^{2} \right) $ 355.]

JUDGES' REMUNERATION ACT, 1971
Opening note
Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 (2) of the Judges' Remuneration Act, 1971, the Yang Dipertuan Agung hereby makes the following regulations:
Seksyen 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Judges' Remuneration Regulations, 1972.
Seksyen 2
The Second Schedule to the Judges' Remuneration Act, 1971 is hereby amended by substituting "$17,000" for "$14,000" appearing in paragraph 3 (ii).
