Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 127 (2) Akta Cukai Pendapatan, 1967, Dewan Rakyat dalam mesyuaratnya pada 25hb Julai, 1974, mengambil ketetapan bahawa Bahagian II Jadual 6 kepada Akta Cukai Pendapatan, 1967, dipinda dengan menambahkan kepadanya butiran baru yang berikut: "Kuala Lumpur Tourist Association" dan bahawa pindaan tersebut hendaklah disifatkan sebagai telah mula berkuatkuasa bagi tahun taksiran 1963 dan tahun-tahun taksiran yang berikutnya. Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 127 (2) of the Income Tax Act, 1967, the House of Representatives at its sitting on 25th July, 1974, resolved that Part II of Schedule 6 to the Income Tax Act, 1967, be amended by adding thereto the following new item: "Kuala Lumpur Tourist Association" and that such amendment shall be deemed to have come into force for the year of assessment 1963 and subsequent years of assessment.
