PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 22(2) Akta Institusi-Institusi Pelajaran (Tatatertib) 1976, Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut:

Seksyen 1

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Institusi-Institusi Pelajaran (Tatatertib) (Pindaan Jadual Pertama) 1995.

Seksyen 2

Akta Institusi-Institusi Pelajaran (Tatatertib) 1976 adalah dipinda dalam Jadual Pertama—

(a)

dengan menggantikan perkataan "Politeknik Kuantan" dalam ruang dua butiran 7 dengan perkataan "Politeknik Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah";

(b)

dengan menggantikan perkataan "Politeknik Alor Star" dalam ruang dua butiran 8 dengan perkataan "Politeknik Sultan Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah"; dan

(c)

dengan memasukkan dalam ruang masing-masing selepas butiran 14 yang berikut:

"15. Politeknik Kuching

Seluruh Akta kecuali seksyen seksyen 4,7,8,9, 17,18,19,20 dan Jadual Ketiga.

Seksyen 16

Politeknik Port Dickson

Seluruh Akta kecuali seksyenseksyen 4,7,8,9, 17,18,19,20 dan Jadual Ketiga "

EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS (DISCIPLINE) (AMENDMENT OF FIRST SCHEDULE) ORDER 1995

Opening note

Preamble

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 22(2) of the Educational Institutions (Discipline) Act 1976, the Minister makes the following order:

Seksyen 1

This order may be cited as the Educational Institutions (Discipline) (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 1995.

Seksyen 2

The Educational Institutions (Discipline) Act 1976 is amended in the First Schedule—

(a)

by substituting for the words "Politeknik Kuantan" in the second column of item 7 the words "Politeknik Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah";

(b)

by substituting for the words "Politeknik Alor Star" in the second column of item 8 the words "Politeknik Sultan Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah"; and

(c)

by inserting in the respective columns after item 14 the following:

"15. Politeknik Kuching

The whole Act except sections 4,7,8,9,17,18, 20 and the Third Schedule

Politeknik Port Dickson

The whole Act except sections 4,7,8,9,17,18, 20 and the Third Schedule
