PERINTAH INSTITUSI-INSTITUSI PELAJARAN (TATATERTIB)

(JADUAL PERTAMA) (PINDAAN) 2000

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 22(2) Akta Institusi Institusi Pelajaran (Tatatertib) 1976 [Akta 174], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut:

Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

1. (1) Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Institusi-Institusi Pelajaran (Tatatertib) (Jadual Pertama) (Pindaan) 2000.

Perintah ini hendaklah disifatkan telah mula berkuat kuasa pada 1 Januari 2000.

Pindaan Jadual Pertama

2. Jadual Pertama kepada Akta Institusi-Institusi Pelajaran (Tatatertib) 1976 dipinda dalam butiran 29 dengan menggantikan perkataan "Maktab Perguruan Seri Kota, Kuala Lumpur" yang terdapat dalam ruang kedua dengan perkataan "Institut Perguruan Bahasa-Bahasa Antarabangsa, Kuala Lumpur".

EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS (DISCIPLINE) ACT 1976

EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS (DISCIPLINE) (FIRST SCHEDULE) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 22(2) of the Educational Institutions (Discipline) Act 1976 [Act 174], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation and commencement

1. (1) This order may be cited as the Educational Institutions (Discipline) (First Schedule) (Amendment) Order 2000.

This Order shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 2000.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Educational Institutions (Discipline) Act 1976 is amended in item 29 by substituting for the words "Maktab Perguruan Seri Kota, Kuala Lumpur" appearing in the second column the words "Institut Perguruan Bahasa-Bahasa Antarabangsa, Kuala Lumpur".
