Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 7(8) Akta Setem 1949 [Akta 378], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa
Seksyen 2
Jadual Kedua kepada Akta dipinda—
(a)
dengan memasukkan selepas butiran 6 butiran yang berikut:
"6A. DECLARATION of any use or trust of or concerning any property by any writing, not being a will, or an instrument chargeable with duty as a settlement executed with Amanah Raya Bhd.-No. 37
Manager or Trust Executive of Amanah Raya Bhd."; dan
(b)
dengan memasukkan selepas butiran 19 butiran yang berikut:
"20. STUDENT LOAN AGREEMENT The lender". for the purpose of pursuing higher education in colleges or universities-No.22

STAMP DUTY (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2000
Opening note
Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 7(8) of the Stamp Act 1949 [Act 378], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement
Seksyen 1
(1)
This order may be cited as the Stamp Duty (Amendment) Order 2000.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2001.
Amendment of Second Schedule
Seksyen 2
The Second Schedule to the Act is amended—
"6A. DECLARATION of any use or trust of or concerning any property by any writing, not being a will, or an instrument chargeable with duty as a settlement executed with Amanah Raya Bhd.-No. 37
Manager or Trust Executive of Amanah Raya Bhd."; and
(b)
by inserting after item 19 the following item:
"20. STUDENT LOAN AGREEMENT The lender". for the purpose of pursuing higher education in colleges or. universities-No. 22
