Preamble

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 45A of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 [Act 234], the Minister makes the following order: Citation

Seksyen 1

This order may be cited as the Dangerous Drugs (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2001.

Seksyen 2

Amendment of First Schedule

The First Schedule to the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 is amended-

(a)

in Part III by inserting—

(i)

after the item "Isomethadone" the item "Ketamine"; and

(ii)

after the item "Nicomorphine" the item "Nimetazepam"; and

(b)

in Part V by deleting paragraph 1.
