- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 45A Akta Dadah Berbahaya 1952 [Akta 234]. Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama
Seksyen 2
Bahagian III Jadual Pertama kepada Akta Dadah Berbahaya 1952 dipinda dengan memasukkan—
(a)
selepas butiran "Betacetylmethadol" butiran yang berikut:
"8-beta-11-dihydroxy-delta-9-tetrahydroxycannabinol
8-beta-hydroxy-delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol";
(b)
selepas butiran "Concentrate of poppy straw (the material arising when poppy straw has entered into a process for the concentration of its alkaloids, when such material is made available in trade)” butiran yang berikut:
"delta-8-tetrahydrocannabinol delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol";
(c)
selepas butiran "Hydromorphone" butiran yang berikut: "11-hydroxy-delta-8-tetrahydrocannabinol 11-hydroxy-delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol"; dan
(d)
selepas butiran "Noracymethadol" butiran "11-nor-delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol-9-carboxylic acid".

- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 45A of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 [Act 234], the Minister makes the following order: Citation
Seksyen 1
This order may be cited as the Dangerous Drugs (Amendment of First Schedule) (No. 2) Order 2002.
Amendment of First Schedule
Seksyen 2
Part III of the First Schedule to the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 is amended by inserting—
(a)
after the item "Betacetylmethadol" the following items:
"8-beta-11-dihydroxy-delta-9-tetrahydroxycannabinol
8-beta-hydroxy-delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol";
(b)
after the item "Concentrate of poppy straw (the material arising when poppy straw has entered into a process for the concentration of its alkaloids, when such material is made available in trade)" the following items:
"delta-8-tetrahydrocannabinol delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol";
(c)
after the item "Hydromorphone" the following items: "11-hydroxy-delta-8-tetrahydrocannabinol 11-hydroxy-delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol"; and
(d)
after the item "Noracymethadol" the item "11-nor-delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol-9-carboxylic acid".
