IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Revision of Laws Act 1968 [Act 1], the Commissioner of Law Revision makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Revision of Laws (Rectification of Dangerous Drugs Act 1952) Order 2003. Rectification 2.
The reprint of the English language text of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 [Act 234] published in the year 2000 incorporating all amendments up to 31 December 2000 is rectified in the List of Amendments in respect of the Amending law P.U. (A) 116/81 by inserting the words “(No. 2)” after the word “(Amendment)” in the Short title. Made 24 January 2003 [P.N.
