Bilangan hakim di Mahkamah Tinggi di Malaya tidak boleh melebihi enam puluh orang.
Bilangan hakim di Mahkamah Tinggi di Sabahydan Sarawak

Bilangan hakim di Mahkamah Tinggi di Sabah dan Sarawak tidak boleh melebihi tiga belas orang.

Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (1) of Article 122aa of the Federal Constitution, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: i \ Citation and commencement
Seksyen 1

This order may be cited as the Constitution of the High Courts (Judges)
Order 2006.
Seksyen 2
Number of judges in the High Court in Malaya |
The number of judges in the High Court in Malaya shall not exceed sixty.
Seksyen 3
Number of judges in the High Court in Sabah and Sarawak
The number of judges in the High Court in Sabah and Sarawak shall not exceed thirteen.
Revocation \
Seksyen 4
The Constitution of the High Courts (Judges) Order 1993 [P.U. (A) 151/1993]
is revoked.
