Pindaan Jadual Kedua
Jadual Kedua kepada Akta Saraan Hakim 1971 dipinda dalam perenggan $ 1 2 {\mathrm {A}} $ —
dalam subsubperenggan (i), dengan menggantikan perkataan "sembilan puluh" dengan perkataan "seratus dua puluh"; dan
dengan memasukkan sebelum subperenggan yang bermula dengan takrif ' "Gaji bulanan yang akhir diterima" 'subperenggan yang berikut:
"Pada tahun akhir perkhidmatannya, seseorang Hakim dibenarkan mengumpul cuti rehat bagi maksud Bayaran sebagai Ganti Cuti daripada baki jumlah cuti rehat yang layak bagi dirinya pada tahun itu sehingga maksimum yang sama banyak dengan kadar cuti rehatnya:
Dengan syarat bahawa jumlah cuti rehat yang dikumpulkan itu tidak boleh melebihi maksimum seratus dua puluh hari."; dan
dalam menggantikan perkataan "sembilan puluh" dengan perkataan "seratus dua puluh"; dan
dengan memasukkan sebelum subperenggan yang bermula dengan perkataan "Dalam subperenggan ini," subperenggan yang berikut:
"Pada tahun akhir perkhidmatannya, seseorang Hakim dibenarkan mengumpul cuti rehat bagi maksud Bayaran sebagai Ganti Cuti daripada baki jumlah cuti rehat yang layak bagi dirinya pada tahun itu sehingga maksimum yang sama banyak dengan kadar cuti rehatnya:
Dengan syarat bahawa jumlah cuti rehat yang dikumpulkan itu tidak boleh melebihi maksimum seratus dua puluh hari.";

JUDGES' REMUNERATION (AMENDMENT OF SECOND SCHEDULE) REGULATIONS 2006
Opening note
These Regulations are deemed to have come into operation on 1 August 2003.
Amendment of Second Schedule
The Second Schedule to the Judges' Remuneration Act 1971 is amended in paragraph 12A-
in subsubparagraph (i), by substituting for the word "ninety" the words "one hundred and twenty"; and
by inserting before the subparagraph beginning with the definition of "The last drawn monthly salary" , the following subparagraph:
"At the last year of his service, a Judge is allowed to accumulate his vacation leave for the purpose of Payment in Lieu of Accumulated Leave from the balance of the total vacation leave to which he is entitled for that year up to a maximum which is equivalent to his rate of vacation leave:
Provided that the total vacation leave accumulated shall not exceed the maximum of one hundred and twenty days."; and
by substituting for the word "ninety" the words "one hundred and twenty"; and
by inserting before the subparagraph beginning with the words "In this subparagraph," the following subparagraph:
"At the last year of his service, a Judge is allowed to accumulate his vacation leave for the purpose of Payment in Lieu of Accumulated Leave from the balance of the total vacation leave to which he is entitled for that year up to a maximum which is equivalent to his rate of vacation leave:
Provided that the total vacation leave accumulated shall not exceed the maximum of one hundred and twenty days."
