Labuan (Pemerluasan dan Ubah Suaian Akta Pelan dan Dokumen Tanah dan Lombong (Salinan Fotograf)) 2009.
Perintah ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 1 Januari 2010.

Federal Territory of Labuan (Extension and Modification of Land and Mining Plans and Documents (Photographic Copies) Act)
Order 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Constitution (Amendment)
(No. 2) Act 1984 [Act A585], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order:
Citation and commencement
1. (1) This order may be cited as the Federal Territory of Labuan (Extension and Modification of Land and Mining Plans and Documents (Photographic
Copies) Act) Order 2009.
This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2010.

Extension of Act to the Federal Territory of Labuan
2. The Land and Mining Plans and Documents (Photographic Copies) Act 1950 [Act 233], which in this Order is referred to as the “extended Act”, is extended to the Federal Territory of Labuan.
Modification of the extended Act
3. The extended Act is modified in the manner set out in the Schedule.
