PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 7 Akta Perlembagaan (Pindaan) (No. 2) 1984 [Akta A585], Yang di-Pertuan Agong membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Dalam pemakaiannya bagi Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan, Akta yang diperluas diubah suai mengikut cara yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual Pertama.

Semua perundangan subsidiari yang dibuat di bawah Akta yang diperluas diubah suai mengikut cara yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual Kedua.

Semua perundangan subsidiari yang dibuat di bawah Akta yang diperluas hendaklah dibaca bersama-sama dengan perubahan yang bersamaan tentang nama atau nama jawatan sebagaimana yang perlu untuk menyelaraskan perundangan subsidiari itu dengan Akta yang diperluas sebagaimana yang diubah suai oleh Perintah ini.

Apa-apa lesen yang dikeluarkan atau kelulusan yang diberikan di bawah Ordinan tersebut sebelum Perintah ini mula berkuat kuasa hendaklah terus berkuat kuasa sepenuhnya sehingga lesen itu habis tempoh, dipinda, digantung atau dibatalkan, atau kelulusan itu habis tempoh atau dibatalkan di bawah Ordinan tersebut, yang hanya bagi maksud itu Ordinan tersebut hendaklah terus berkuat kuasa dan berkesan sepenuhnya.

Mana-mana prosiding yang belum selesai atau yang telah dimulakan di bawah Ordinan tersebut sebelum Perintah ini mula berkuat kuasa hendaklah diteruskan dan diselesaikan di bawah Ordinan tersebut seolah-olah Perintah ini tidak dibuat.

CONSTITUTION (AMENDMENT) (NO.2) ACT 1984

FEDERAL TERRITORY OF LABUAN (EXTENSION AND MODIFICATION OF ENTERTAINMENT (FEDERAL TERRITORY OF KUALA LUMPUR) ACT 1992) ORDER 2010

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Constitution (Amendment) (No.2) Act 1984 [Act A585], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order:

Citation and commencement

1. (1) This order may be cited as the Federal Territory of Labuan (Extension and Modification of Entertainment (Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur) Act 1992) Order 2010.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2011.

Extension and modification of Act to the Federal Territory of Labuan

2. (1) The Entertainment (Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur) Act 1992 [Act 493], which is referred to as the "extended Act" in this Order, is extended to the Federal Territory of Labuan.

(2)

In its application to the Federal Territory of Labuan, the extended Act is modified in the manner set out in the First Schedule.

Extension and modification of subsidiary legislation to the Federal Territory of Labuan

3. (1) All subsidiary legislation made under the extended Act are extended to the Federal Territory of Labuan.

(2)

All subsidiary legislation made under the extended Act are modified as set out in the Second Schedule.

(3)

All subsidiary legislation made under the extended Act shall be read with such corresponding alterations as to names or names of titles as may be necessary to bring that subsidiary legislation into accord with the extended Act as modified by this Order.

Repeal, transitional and savings

4. (1) The Public Entertainments Ordinance 1958 [Sabah No. 23 of 1958] and all subsidiary legislation made under the Ordinance, in its application to the Federal Territory of Labuan, are repealed.

(2)

Any licence issued or approval granted under the said Ordinance before the coming into operation of this Order shall continue in full force until the licence expires, is amended, suspended or cancelled, or the approval expires or is revoked under the said Ordinance, for which purpose only the said Ordinance shall continue to be in full force and effect.

(3)

Any proceeding pending or commenced under the said Ordinance before the coming into operation of this Order shall be continued and concluded under the said Ordinance as if this Order had not been made.
