ROAD TRANSPORT ACT 1987

NATIONAL SPEED LIMIT (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER 2011

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 69(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987

[Act 333], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the National Speed Limit (Amendment)

(No. 2) Order 2011.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 23 June 2011.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

(1)

The National Speed Limit Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 18/1989] is amended in the Schedule by inserting after item 15 the following item:

“16.

The part of the road known as the KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway commencing from kilometre 0.00 (at coordinates N 15220.998,

E-36487.575 of the Selangor State Cassini Grid) and ending at kilometre 27.40 KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway (at coordinates

N 12665.14, E-12732.33, of the Selangor State Cassini Grid), including Ijok Interchange, Ijok Toll Plaza, Puncak Alam

Interchange, Kuang Barat Toll Plaza, Kundang Slip Road, Kuang

Timur Toll Plaza, Kuang Interchange and Taman Rimba Templer

Toll Plaza and its link roads.”
