- BAHAWASANYA saya berpendapat dan berpuas hati bahawa pergerakan Gabungan Pilihanraya Bersih dan Adil (BERSIH) sedang digunakan bagi maksud yang memudaratkan kepentingan keselamatan Malaysia dan ketenteraman awam: OLEH YANG DEMIKIAN pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 5(1) Akta Pertubuhan 1966 [Akta 335], maka saya dengan ini mengisytiharkan pergerakan Gabungan Pilihanraya Bersih dan Adil (BERSIH) sebagai pertubuhan yang menyalahi undang-undang. - WHEREAS I am of the opinion and being satisfied that the Coalition for Clean and Fair Election (BERSIH) movement is being used for purposes prejudicial to the interest of the security of Malaysia and public order: NOW THEREFORE in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 5(1) of the Societies Act 1966 [Act 335], I hereby declare that the said Coalition for Clean and Fair Election (BERSIH) movement as an unlawful society.
