dalam subsubperenggan 2(1)(a), dengan menggantikan perkataan “Plaza

Tol Taman Seri Muda, Persimpangan Bertingkat Seksyen 35” dengan perkataan “Plaza Tol Seri Muda, Persimpangan Bertingkat Alam Impian”;

dan

(b)

dalam subsubperenggan 2(1)(b) dengan menggantikan perkataan “Plaza

Tol Seksyen 35” dengan perkataan “Plaza Tol Alam Impian”.

FEDERAL ROADS (KEMUNING-SHAH ALAM HIGHWAY) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2011

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Selangor, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Kemuning-Shah Alam

Highway) (Amendment) Order 2011.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 22 August 2011.

Amendment of paragraph 2 2.

The

Order 2009

[P.U. (A) 31/2009], which reffered to as the Principal Order in this Order is amended—

(a)

in subsubparagraph 2(1)(a) by substituting for the words “Taman Seri

Muda Toll Plaza, Section 35 Interchange,” the words “Seri Muda Toll Plaza,

Alam Impian Interchange”; and

(b)

in subsubparagraph 2(1)(b), by substituting for the words “Section 35 Toll

Plaza,” the words “Alam Impian Toll Plaza”.

Amendment of Schedule 3.

The Principal Order is amended by substituting for the Schedule with the following schedule:
