ROAD TRANSPORT ACT 1987

NATIONAL SPEED LIMIT (AMENDMENT) (NO. 4) ORDER 2011

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 69(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987

[Act 333], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the National Speed Limit (Amendment)

(No. 4 ) Order 2011.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 22 August 2011.

Amendment of Schedule

2.

(1)

The National Speed Limit Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 18/1989] is amended in the

Schedule by inserting after item 17 the following item:

“18.

The part of the road known as the East Coast Expressway Phase 2

commencing from KM 424.793 (at coordinates N 34307.904,

E 13156.195 of the Terengganu State Cassini Grid) up to KM 2.478 at

Bukit Jong Road Junction (at coordinates N 44038.412, E 14973.691 of the Terengganu State Cassini Grid).”.

The road with the speed limit as specified under subparagraph (1) is shown on the map in the Schedule.
