DENTAL ACT 1971
DENTAL (AMENDMENT OF SECOND SCHEDULE) ORDER 2011
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 12(2) of the Dental Act 1971
[Act 51], the Minister, after consulting the Council, makes the following order:
Citation 1.
This order may be cited as the Dental (Amendment of Second Schedule)
Order 2011.
Amendment of the Second Schedule 2.
(1)
The Second Schedule to the Act is amended in relation to the country of
“India” by inserting after the item “College of Dental Surgery, Manipal Academy of
Higher Education, Mangalore” and the item relating to it the following items:
Institution granting qualification
Description of qualification
“College of Dental Sciences,
Mangalore
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B.D.S)
(Recognized on 21 December 2008)”

The Second Schedule to the Act is amended in relation to the country of
“India” by inserting after the item “College of Dental Surgery, Manipal Academy of
Higher Education, Manipal” and the item relating to it the following items:
