EDUCATION (TERMS OF EDUCATIONAL

INSTITUTIONS YEAR 2012) REGULATIONS 2011

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 130(2)(b) of the Education Act 1996

[Act 550], the Minister makes the following regulations:

Citation 1.

These regulations may be cited as the Education (Terms of Educational

Institutions Year 2012) Regulations 2011.

Application 2.

These Regulations shall apply to attendance at educational institutions for the year 2012.

Duration of terms of educational institutions 3.

The duration of terms of educational institutions for the year 2012 shall be as specified in the Schedule.
