pengusaha premis penginapan pelancong hendaklah hanya mengendalikan perniagaannya di bawah nama yang dinyatakan dalam sijil pendaftaran itu;

pengusaha premis penginapan pelancong hendaklah, dalam tempoh empat belas hari dari tarikh pengeluaran sijil di bawah peraturan 5, memberitahu Pesuruhjaya mengenai apa-apa

perubahan pada nama dan pengurusan premis penginapan pelancong; dan

pengusaha premis penginapan pelancong hendaklah mematuhi apa-apa syarat lain sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh

Pesuruhjaya dari semasa ke semasa.”.

Peraturan baru 11A

Pengusaha premis penginapan pelancong hendaklah mengemukakan apa-apa maklumat atau dokumen sebagaimana yang dikehendaki oleh Pesuruhjaya.

Jika

Pesuruhjaya berpuas hati bahawa kehilangan atau kemusnahan itu tidak disengajakan, dia hendaklah mengeluarkan sijil pendaftaran atau sijil penggredan gantian.

Jika sijil pendaftaran atau sijil penggredan yang telah hilang itu dijumpai selepas sijil pendaftaran atau sijil penggredan gantian dikeluarkan kepada pengusaha premis penginapan pelancong, dia hendaklah dengan segera

memberitahu Pesuruhjaya secara bertulis mengenai perkara itu dan menyertakan pada surat itu sijil pendaftaran atau sijil penggredan yang telah dijumpai itu.”.

RATING OF TOURIST ACCOMMODATION PREMISES) (AMENDMENT)

REGULATIONS 2011

the operator of the tourist accommodation premises shall only operate its business under the name stated in certificate of registration;

the operator of the tourist accommodation premises shall within fourteen days from the date of the issuance of certificate under regulation 5, inform the Commissioner of any changes in the name and management of the tourist accommodation premises; and

the operator of the tourist accommodation premises shall comply with such other conditions as may be determined by the

Commissioner from time to time.”.

New regulation 11A

If a certificate of registration or certificate of rating is lost or destroyed, the operator of the tourist accommodation shall immediately write to the Commissioner informing him of the loss or destruction and shall enclose in his letter an application for a replacement certificate of registration or certificate of rating together with a fee of fifty ringgit.

The operator of the tourist accommodation shall submit any information or document as may be required by the Commissioner.

If the Commissioner is satisfied that the loss or destruction is not deliberate, he shall issue a replacement certificate of registration or certificate of rating.

If a certificate of registration or certificate of rating which was lost is found after the operator of the tourist accommodation has been issued with a replacement certificate of registration or certificate of rating, he shall forthwith notify the Commissioner in writing of that fact and enclose in the letter the certificate of registration or certificate of rating which has been found.”.
