- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 159 Akta Suruhanjaya Sekuriti 1993 [Akta 498], Suruhanjaya, dengan kelulusan Menteri, membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Peraturan-Peraturan Suruhanjaya Sekuriti (Lembaga Pemantauan Audit) (Fi)
(No. 2) 2010 [P.U. (A) 336/2010], yang disebut “Peraturan-Peraturan ibu” dalam
Peraturan-Peraturan ini, dipinda dengan menggantikan peraturan 2 dengan peraturan yang berikut:
“2.
(a)
suatu permohonan untuk pendaftaran dan pembaharuan pendaftaran seorang juruaudit perseorangan sebagai juruaudit berdaftar di bawah seksyen 31O Akta;
(b)
suatu permohonan untuk pengiktirafan suatu firma audit asing sebagai juruaudit yang diiktiraf di bawah seksyen 31O Akta; dan
(c)
suatu permohonan untuk memeriksa dan mengambil cabutan daripada Daftar di bawah subseksyen 31T(3) Akta, adalah sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual.”.

Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 159 of the Securities Commission Act 1993 [Act 498], the Commission, with the approval of the Minister, makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
These regulations may be cited as the Securities Commission (Audit
Oversight Board) (Fees) (No. 2) (Amendment) Regulations 2011.
(2)
These Regulations come into operation on 1 January 2012
Amendment of regulation 2 2.
The Securities Commission (Audit Oversight Board) (Fees) (No. 2) Regulations 2010 [P.U. (A) 336/2010], which are referred to as the “principal Regulations” in these
Regulations, are amended by substituting for regulation 2 the following regulation:
“2.
The fees payable for—
(a)
an application for registration and renewal of registration of an individual auditor as a registered auditor under section 31O of the
Act;
(b)
an application for recognition of a foreign audit firm as a recognised auditor under section 31O of the Act; and
(c)
an application to inspect and take extracts from the Register under subsection 31T(3) of the Act, shall be as specified in the Schedule.”.

Amendment of the Schedule 3.
The principal Regulations are amended by substituting for Schedule the following Schedule:
