Preamble

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 12(2) of the Dental Act 1971 [Act 51], the Minister, after consulting the Council, makes the following order: Citation

Seksyen 1

This order may be cited as Dental (Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2011.

Seksyen 2

Amendment of Second Schedule

The Second Schedule to the Act is amended in relation to the country "Malaysia" by inserting after the item "AIMST University" and the item relating to it the following items:

Description of qualification

Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B.D.S.) (Recognized on 10 December 2010)".
