Jadual Kedua kepada Kaedah-Kaedah Pendaftaran Perniagaan 1957 [L.N. 282/1957]

diketepikan berkenaan dengan orang yang bertanggungjawab bagi apa-apa perniagaan yang perakuan pendaftarannya hilang atau musnah disebabkan oleh bencana banjir yang berlaku pada bulan Disember 2013 di Negeri Pahang, Terengganu, Kelantan dan

Johor.

Penepian fi di bawah subkaedah (1) terpakai bagi permohonan salinan terperaku perakuan pendaftaran yang dibuat dari 31 Disember 2013 hingga 31 Mac 2014.

REGISTRATION OF BUSINESSES (WAIVER OF FEE) RULES 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 16(2)(j) of the Registration of

Businesses Act 1956 [Act 197] read together with paragraph 44(b) of the Interpretation

Acts 1948 and 1967 [Act 388], the Minister makes the following rules:

Citation and commencement 1.

These rules may be cited as the Registration of Businesses

(Waiver of Fee) Rules 2014.

Rules are deemed to have come into operation on 30 December 2013.

Waiver of fee 2.

(1)

Subject to subrule (2), the fee prescribed in item 5(e) of the

Second Schedule to the Registration of Businesses Rules 1957 [L.N. 282/1957] is waived in respect of the person responsible for any business whose certificate of registration is lost or destroyed due to the flood disaster which occurred in December 2013 in the

States of Pahang, Terengganu, Kelantan and Johore.

The waiver of fee under subrule (1) applies to the application for a certified copy of a certificate of registration made from 31 December 2013 to 31 March 2014.
