(Lebuhraya Shah Alam) 1999 [P.U. (A) 69/1999], yang disebut “Perintah ibu” dalam
Perintah ini, dipinda dengan menggantikan subperenggan 2(1) dengan subperenggan yang berikut:

KESAS Sendirian Berhad diberi kuasa mulai 1 Mac 1999 sehingga 18 Ogos 2023 untuk meminta, memungut dan menyimpan tol yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) Jadual Pertama, bagi penggunaan ke mana-mana arah mana-mana bahagian jalan yang dikenali sebagai Lebuh Raya Shah Alam yang bermula dari kilometer 17.9 laluan utama di koordinat U330299.391,
T382997.376 Grid Rectified Skew Orthomorphic (RSO) Geosentrik (GDM 2000)
dan berakhir di kilometer 52.2 di koordinat U339306.470, T412146.115 Grid
RSO Geosentrik (GDM 2000) termasuk Persimpangan Bertingkat Pandamaran,
Persimpangan Bertingkat Kebun, Plaza Tol Kemuning, Persimpangan Bertingkat
HICOM, Persimpangan Bertingkat Seafield, Pusingan U Bertingkat, Persimpangan
Bertingkat Kewajipan, Plaza Tol Sunway, Persimpangan Bertingkat Sunway,

(SHAH ALAM EXPRESSWAY) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2014
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Federal Roads (Private Management) Act 1984 [Act 306], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Private Management)
(Collection of Tolls) (Shah Alam Expressway) (Amendment) Order 2014.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 24 April 2014.
Amendment of paragraph 2 2.

(Shah Alam Expressway) Order 1999 [P.U. (A) 69/1999], which is referred to as the
“principal Order” in this Order, is amended by substituting for subparagraph 2(1) the following subparagraph:
“2. (1)
KESAS Sendirian Berhad is authorised for the period from 1 March 1999 to 18 August 2023 to demand, collect and retain the tolls specified in column (2) of the First Schedule, for the use in either direction of any part of the road known as the Shah Alam Expressway commencing from kilometre 17.9
main line at coordinates N330299.391, E382997.376 of the Rectified Skew
Orthomorphic (RSO) Geocentric (GDM 2000) Grid and ending at kilometre 52.2
at coordinates N339306.470, E412146.115 RSO Geocentric (GDM 2000) Grid including Pandamaran Interchange, Kebun Interchange, Kemuning Toll Plaza,
HICOM Interchange, Seafield Interchange, Elevated U-Turn, Kewajipan
Interchange, Sunway Toll Plaza, Sunway Interchange, Kinrara Interchange, Awan
Besar East Toll Plaza, Awan Besar Interchange, Awan Besar West Toll Plaza,
Awan Kecil Interchange, SUKOM Interchange and Sri Petaling Interchange, by the classes of vehicles specified in column (1) of the First Schedule.”.
