ELECTRICITY SUPPLY ACT 1990

ELECTRICITY (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) REGULATIONS 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Electricity Supply Act 1990

[Act 447], the Minister makes the following regulations:

Citation 1.

These regulations may be cited as the Electricity (Amendment) (No. 2)

Regulations 2014.

Amendment of Second Schedule 2.

The Second Schedule to the Electricity Regulations 1994 [P.U. (A) 38/1994] is amended in Part IA in subparagraph 1(e) by substituting for the word “RM1,165” the word “RM1,650”.
