  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 85 of the Excise Act 1976 [Act 176], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

These regulations may be cited as the Excise (Amendment)

Regulations 2014.

These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2014.

Amendment of Third Schedule 2.

The Excise Regulations 1977 [P.U. (A) 161/1977] are amended by substituting for the Third Schedule the following Schedule:
