- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 85 Akta Eksais 1976 [Akta 176], Menteri membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Pindaan Jadual Ketiga
Peraturan-Peraturan Eksais 1977 [P.U. (A) 161/1977] dipinda dengan menggantikan Jadual Ketiga dengan Jadual yang berikut:

EXCISE (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2014
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 85 of the Excise Act 1976 [Act 176], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2014.
Amendment of Third Schedule 2.
The Excise Regulations 1977 [P.U. (A) 161/1977] are amended by substituting for the Third Schedule the following Schedule:
