PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 17(1) Akta Perlindungan Pengguna 1999 [Akta 599], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 17(1) of the Consumer Protection Act 1999 [Act 599], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Consumer Protection (Future Services

Contract) (Amendment) Order 2014.

This Order comes into operation on 11 July 2014.
