PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Jalan Persekutuan 1959 [Akta 376], Menteri, setelah berunding dengan Kerajaan Negeri Terengganu, membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

FEDERAL ROADS (EAST COAST EXPRESSWAY–PHASE 2) (AMENDMENT)

ORDER 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959

[Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Terengganu, makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (East Coast

Expressway–Phase 2) (Amendment) Order 2014.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 18 July 2014.

Amendment of paragraph 2 2.

[P.U. (A) 1/2014], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in paragraph 2 by substituting for subparagraph (1) the following subparagraph:

The part of the road known as the East Coast Expressway–Phase 2

commencing—

(GDM 2000) Grid and ending at kilometre 274.457 at coordinates

Grid, including Cheneh Interchange and its link roads being a distance of 23.837 kilometres; and

(b)

from kilometre 329.387 at coordinates N+158623.184142,
