- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 92E(4) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Menteri, dengan kelulusan Majlis Tanah Negara, membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Ubah suaian yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) Jadual hendaklah dibuat dalam peruntukan-peruntukan Kanun Tanah Negara berkenaan dengan tanah bawah tanah.

NATIONAL LAND CODE
NATIONAL LAND CODE (MODIFICATION) ORDER 2014
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 92E(4) of the National Land Code
[Act 56/1965], the Minister, with the approval of the National Land Council, makes the following order:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the National Land Code (Modification)
Order 2014.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 11 August 2014.
Modification 2.
The modifications specified in column (2) of the Schedule shall be made in the provisions of the National Land Code in respect of underground land.
