Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 142 Akta Kastam 1967 [Akta 235], Menteri membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Peraturan-peraturan ini bolehlah dinamakan Peraturan-Peraturan

Kastam (Pindaan) (No. 3) 2014.

Peraturan-Peraturan ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 15 Ogos 2014.

Seksyen 2

Peraturan-Peraturan Kastam 1977 [P.U. (A) 162/1977], yang disebut

“Peraturan-Peraturan ibu”

dalam

Peraturan-Peraturan ini, dipinda dalam subperaturan (6), dengan memasukkan selepas proviso (xii) proviso yang berikut:

“(xiii) di Nilai Inland Port, waktu-waktu itu adalah—

24 jam pada mana-mana hari.”.

Pindaan Jadual Pertama

Peraturan-Peraturan ibu dipinda dalam Jadual Pertama dalam Bahagian VI di bawah kepala “DEPOT PELEPASAN PEDALAMAN” dengan menggantikan perkataan

“Seremban” dan butir-butir yang berhubungan dengannya dengan butir-butir yang berikut:

CUSTOMS ACT 1967

CUSTOMS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 3) REGULATIONS 2014

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

These regulations may be cited as the Customs (Amendment) (No. 3)

Regulations 2014.

(2)

These Regulations come into operation on 15 August 2014.

Amendment of regulation 3 2.

The Customs Regulations 1977 [P.U. (A) 162/1977], which are referred to as the

“principal Regulations” in these Regulations, are amended in subregulation (6), by inserting after proviso (xii) the following proviso:

“(xiii) at Nilai Inland Port, the hours shall be—

24 hours on any working day.”.

Amendment of First Schedule 3.

The principal Regulations are amended in the First Schedule in Part VI under the heading “INLAND CLEARANCE DEPOT” by substituting for the word “Seremban” and the particulars relating to it the following particulars:

All goods.”
