- BAHAWASANYA saya berpendapat bahawa Persatuan Aspirasi Rakyat Sarawak (SAPA) sedang digunakan bagi maksud yang memudaratkan kepentingan keselamatan Malaysia dan ketenteraman awam; OLEH YANG DEMIKIAN, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 5(1) Akta Pertubuhan 1966 [Akta 335], saya dengan ini mengisytiharkan Persatuan Aspirasi Rakyat Sarawak (SAPA) sebagai pertubuhan yang menyalahi undang-undang berkuat kuasa mulai 14 November 2014. - WHEREAS I am of the opinion that the Sarawak Association For Peoples’ Aspiration (SAPA) is being used for purposes prejudicial to the interest of the security of Malaysia and public order; NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 5(1) of the Societies Act 1966 [Act 335], I hereby declare that the Sarawak Association For Peoples’ Aspiration (SAPA) is an unlawful society with effect from 14 November 2014.
