- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 196 Akta Perkhidmatan Kewangan dan Sekuriti Labuan 2010 [Akta 704], Menteri, atas syor Lembaga, membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut: Nama

(a)
dengan menggantikan subsubbutiran 5(k)(i) dan (ii) dan butir-butir yang berhubungan dengannya dengan subsubbutiran dan butir-butir yang berikut:

Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 196 of the Labuan Financial Services and Securities Act 2010 [Act 704], the Minister, on the recommendation of the Authority, makes the following regulations: Citation 1. These regulations may be cited as the Labuan Financial Services and Securities (Amendment) Regulations 2014. Amendment of Third Schedule 2. The Labuan Financial Services and Securities Regulations 2010 [P.U (A) 416/2010] are amended in the Third Schedule—
(a)
by substituting for subsubitems 5(k)(i) and (ii) and the particulars relating to it the following subsubitems and particulars:
