- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 4(a) dan (b) Akta Industri Biobahan Api Malaysia 2007 [Akta 666], Menteri membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Jenis biobahan api, peratusan adunan biobahan api itu dan jenis bahan api yang diadunkan dengan biobahan api itu adalah sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual
Pertama.
Seksyen 3
Penggunaan mandatori biobahan api
Penggunaan biobahan api di bawah peraturan 2 adalah mandatori bagi aktiviti sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual Kedua.
Pembatalan
Seksyen 4
Peraturan-Peraturan Industri Biobahan Api Malaysia (Peratusan Adunan dan
Penggunaan Mandatori) 2011 [P.U. (A) 203/2011] dibatalkan.

MALAYSIAN BIOFUEL INDUSTRY
(BLENDING PERCENTAGE AND MANDATORY USE) REGULATIONS 2014
IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 4(a) and (b) of the Malaysian Biofuel
Industry Act 2007 [Act 666], the Minister makes the following regulations:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
These regulations may be cited as the Malaysian Biofuel Industry
(Blending Percentage and Mandatory Use) Regulations 2014.
(2)
These Regulations come into operation on 30 November 2014.
Type and blending percentage 2.
The type of biofuel, blending percentage of such biofuel and the type of fuel blended with such biofuel are as specified in the First Schedule.
Mandatory use of biofuel 3.
The use of biofuel under regulation 2 is mandatory for the activities as specified in the Second Schedule.
Revocation 4.
The Malaysian Biofuel Industry (Blending Percentage and Mandatory Use)
Regulations 2011 [P.U. (A) 203/2011] are revoked.
