(A) 60/1974], Yang di-Pertuan Agong membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan pemakaian

MALAY RESERVATIONS ENACTMENT

MALAY RESERVATIONS (FEDERAL TERRITORY)

(AMENDMENT OF THIRD SCHEDULE) ORDER 2018

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 7

of the

Malay Reservations Enactment [F.M.S. Cap. 142], as modified by the Federal Territory

(Modification of Malay Reservations Enactment) Order 1974 [P.U. (A) 60/1974], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order:

Citation and application 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Malay Reservations (Federal Territory)

(Amendment of Third Schedule) Order 2018.

(2)

This Order shall apply to the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur.

Amendment of Third Schedule 2.

The Third Schedule to the Malay Reservations Enactment is amended by adding the following:

“Dynasty Anchor Sdn. Bhd.

Koperasi Co-opbank Persatuan Malaysia Berhad

Perbadanan Nasional Berhad

Small Medium Enterprise Development Bank Malaysia Berhad

Mashyur Eramas Sdn. Bhd.

Qiana Development Sdn. Bhd.”.
