Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 28(5)(e) of the Dental Act 1971 [Act 51], the Minister, after consulting the Council, makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Dental (Exemption) Order 2018. Exemption 2. The MERS Dental Specialist Clinic of UKM Kesihatan Sdn. Bhd. is exempted from the application of section 28 of the Act.
